Performances

She has been giving concerts in Chennai and many other centres since the age of 15. She made a very auspicious beginning to her career by singing at the Guruvayur temple in Kerala. Since then, there has been no looking back. Sangeetha Sivakumar is among the most popular musicians in the Carnatic Music field today. She is a regular performer at the December Music Festival in Chennai. She has performed for the “SPIRIT OF INTERGRATION SERIES” held by The Madras Telugu Academy in 1994, telecasted on the Doordarshan National Network. She is an ‘A’ GRADE artist for the All India Radio and DOORDARSHAN and has been featured in the All India Sangeet Sammelan held at New Delhi in 2001. She has toured Australia and Singapore for concerts in April 2006.  She has also toured theUnited States and Canada recently in 2006 for the Carnatic Musicians Association of North America, USA.
